Vanessa Tesorone will build a brand in Dekode

Vanessa reunites with her former TIDAL colleague as she joins Dekode's design team. She will use her artistic and technical expertise to clarify the visual identity of both clients and Dekode self.

Vanessa is always looking for new ways to bring concepts to life, whether it's rebranding large, global companies or creating AI models that allow clients generate brand-consistent images. She loves to reshape the complex concepts she often finds in clients to engaging stories that people can identify with.

– Sometimes the feeling a design exudes is more important than the system. Sometimes things look wrong even though the rulebook says it's right.

That intuition, combined with strong technical expertise, has earned Vanessa the trust of several of the most exciting brands of our time. The best known is probably TIDAL, where she worked as a designer and design lead for 8 years.

– After some major restructuring there, the time was right to move on. I quickly jumped at the chance to work in Dekode .

Why did you choose exactly Dekode ?

– There are several reasons for that. Firstly, it is very inspiring to be able to help design the visual identity of a company that is strong in its industry, but at the same time has great potential to become even more prominent in design. I am really looking forward to putting my own mark on it. Dekode -brand.

In addition, Dekode many meaningful customer projects. We obviously have great expertise in charities, but unions and other member organizations also do a lot of good for people.

Vanessa's background in many different media is why she talks more about branding than design. She has worked in graphic design, film and television, which allows her to work with multiple aspects of an organization. She is also actively working with artificial intelligence.
