Your current partner will help you to package the code, database and available documentation. In our open source world, you own your website. The files are sent together to [email protected]
We'll review your website and prepare a report that will be sent to you. This report tells you the state of your website and gives you our recommendations for solutions and improvements. You are free to take the report to someone else. But we hope you choose us as your new partner. If we discover inadequate code or security holes, we will rectify these before moving on.
When you're ready, we're ready - and the domain changes from old to new operating environment.
What happens next?
When the move is complete, you are in safe hands with us. Then we invite you to a kick-off meeting. This is where we get to know you, your goals and ambitions. And you get to know us. Management is a collaboration. For the best possible starting point for success, this is an important milestone for the road ahead.
From launch in Dekode's operating environment, you have access to all our services. With an operation and management agreement , you can use our support service, and our operations team is already on duty.
