We are nothing without our people. Around 50 specialists in strategy, design, development and content are the backbone of Dekode. They deliver great results for our customers time after time.

What's unique about us is that many of our employees work on opposite sides of the world. We have colleagues in as many as nine different countries in Europe, while many of us also meet daily at our office in Oslo.

Together, we are a great team with different experiences, skills, personalities and interests. This means that, combined, we are well placed to meet customer needs and solve challenges - regardless of complexity.

In short, we are creative technologists who enjoy what we do and are passionate about delivering excellent long-term digital solutions.

At Dekode , we're all about high ceilings and low shoulders. It's important for us to have an environment where everyone thrives and can be themselves. We also want all our employees to have a good work-life balance and time to recharge their batteries outside work. We believe this is fundamental to being able to provide high-quality deliveries.

As we have colleagues in nine countries, we strive to work remotely so that everyone is included regardless of location. Although we interact digitally on a daily basis, we meet in person a couple of times a year.

This expertise has given us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in what it takes to achieve digital success in an organisation. We've worked exclusively with WordPress since we started out in 2010, and we're the largest specialist community on this platform in the Nordic region. Most people know that WordPress is an Open Source CMS, but for those of us who have followed and contributed to the development of the platform, we know that WordPress is much more than just free code. WordPress and Open Source represent a culture of openness and sharing that is a big part of our everyday lives, and which we try to pass on to those we work with, both employees and customers.

In January 2023, Dekode became part of Nova Consulting Group. This means that we are now able to strengthen our deliveries as one of 14 highly competent professional environments. We have access to, and can supplement with, a large network of specialists to give our customers the very best online presence.
