Security updates are included in Dekode's management agreement.
Changes to the software that involve functional changes require quality assurance of that functionality, and as such are not included in the hosting and maintenance agreement. Such cases will be identified in the same way as ongoing updates, but will be agreed in advance and handled on an ongoing basis.
With a hosting and maintenance agreement in Dekode you are guaranteed a response time. Inquiries are handled based on how critical they are.
