With an operation and management agreement with Dekode, you open the door to our dedicated support team who are ready to assist you with ongoing user support, optimization and error correction.

We understand that all inquiries are unique and we are ready to assist you in everyday life.

How does it work?

When you are faced with errors, bugs or need assistance, [email protected] is the place to turn to. Any issue reported here is quickly registered as a case in our system. You will receive a receipt with a unique Ticket ID as a reference for further dialog.

Time spent on assistance is invoiced per half hour or part thereof.

Our support service is available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00

Operational challenges?

The online solution is monitored 24 hours a day, all year round. Should technical problems arise, Dekode notified and help is minutes away. There is no separate telephone number you need to call as we are immediately informed via our systems when you submit an enquiry. If the problem results in persistent downtime, you will be continuously updated via e-mail (the one provided when the contract was concluded). Technical challenges are events that cause the website to be completely or partially unavailable to visitors.
